Child Sponsorship

We are very pleased to announce that we have increased the number of students that are fully sponsored or part sponsored to 39 for the new school term. As part of the introduction process we meet with the parent or guardian to explain the programme, the commitment required from the students and the support they would be required to give. Mr Zanu a well-respected educationalist from Atorkor translated the meeting. The students have now received their stationary and books for the school term. Those on full sponsorship received their new school uniform at the beginning of the Spring term. The students have been made aware of the importance of writing to their sponsor and achievements required to stay on the programme, read some of the beautiful letters below.

Dear Adele, ADF
I am very happy to write to you concerning my being on the sponsorship programme. I hope you are fine by the Grace of God.
First of all, I will like to thank you for all the provisions you have made concerning me. I enjoy playing football a lot. I am even in the school’s boys’ soccer team. Just recently we played in the Inter-Schools’ Sports Competition and I captained the team.
Since this is my first time of writing to you I don’t have a lot to write but in the subsequent letters I will write a lot.
Please thank you very much for everything once again. My greetings to your family and everyone on the ADF board.
Yours faithful
DZANADO DAWUKPOR

I am excited to write to you. I hope you are fine by the Grace of God.
I am writing to thank you very much for this rare opportunity to be on the ADF Sponsorship Programme. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the gifts you gave me on your visit to Ghana.
I know the responsibility of being on this programme and I promise to put up my best to maintain my position on the programme.
My hobby is reading stories and trying to rewrite them in another form in my book.
I send my warmest greetings to you and your family.
Yours Sincerely,
BERNICE GBEZE

Thank you for spending time with us the other day to explain the sponsorship programme to us. I hope you’ve not left Ghana yet. I hope you are doing great?
I just want to use this opportunity to thank you for counting me worthy to be on this sponsorship programme. I also want to thank you for the stationery you have provided me. I was very happy because of been thinking of where I will get money to buy them.
May God richly bless you and add more years to your years. Thank you.
YOUR’S FAITHFUL
TORGBENU VIVIAN.

We still need help to further fund these lovely students. If you would like to donate, please Sponsor a child
